Summer 2005

U11's Wey 2005
22nd May 2005 - The U11's were thinking about entering the North East Hants League next season, and entered the Wey Valley Tournament just to try out the increased travelling that would be involved. But they enjoyed the day so much, they walked off with the trophy after Georgia and Chloe secured a penalty shootout victory over Petersfield Town. Move over Under 13's!

U13's SCML 2005
26th June 2005 - The Under 13's completed a clean sweep of SCML silverware with victory in the Girls Tournament at Reading University. Despite a much larger entry, it was a re-run of last year's final as Deanna's strike secured victory over Maidenhead. It could have been different if the two Vixens teams hadn't met in the semi though.

U11's Maidenhead 2005
2nd July 2005 - The up-and-coming Under 11's secured their second trophy of the tournament season at Maidenhead. After romping through their qualifying group, Jaye hit the only goal of the game to ensure victory over Westwood Diamonds.

U11's on the slide
2nd July 2005 - With a lot of new signings, there was a second Under 11's team also competing at Maidenhead. No trophies for the new girls, but it didn't stop them having a great time on the monster inflatable slide.

U13s Madejski 2005
3rd July 2005 - Four months after securing the SCML title, the Under 13's went to Madejski Stadium to pick up their silverware. The girls were also re-presented with the Cup Shield in front of a large audience.

U7's Barton 2005
17th July 2005 - As interest in the club continued to grow, the latest additions to the fold took to the field at the Barton Rovers tournament. The Under 7's Mini-Vixens made quite a stir as they showed no mercy in the tackle against the bigger boys teams.

U13 Umbro 2005
30th July 2005 - The Under 13's rounded off the season at the prestigious Umbro International Tournament in Manchester. Despite playing top quality opposition at Under 14 level in this four day, 11 a side event, the girls finished an amazing third after being edged out by Manchester City in the semi final.
